Description:	Your goal is simple - get healthy! Don't just tone and tighten that body of yours, learn to dance at the same time with a variety of styles of dance. We will Enjoy exercising and moving to the Cuban Salsa and the zest of Cha Cha music then cool down and stretch with the romantic Bolero. This is a great cardio and physical workout. Both agility muscles and core strength benefits while meeting and exceeding your endurance for physical motion plus obtaining the benefits of posture, balance and self confidence and a little sweat along the way. Class:	SALSA BEGINNER
Description:	Salsa is the dance that brings excitement not just to the floor but inside yourself. When you hear the music , you just can’t sit still. The Latin culture sounds move you in ways that no other music does. We will cover all the basics including cross over, right side pass, left side pass, turns, free style, and more! come on guys, don't be scared to learn. Women love men that can dance. (the right way) Leading for the men and following for the ladies. Attire: wear high heels for ladies and dress shoes for men.(sneakers stick to floor) plus when you go to a Salsa Club, you won’t be wearing your tennis. Dress comfortably and prepare to have fun while learning to dance. Couples encouraged but singles welcome.

Class:	WEDDING/PARTY/SOCIAL DANCE "THE FOXTROT"
Description:	Come and learn the Foxtrot, the social dance that is danced at most wedding, parties, cruise ships, and “just fun” type social gatherings. If you can walk , you to can do this. Gene will teach the men to lead and the women to follow. The basic and the box step is taught and more. Dress comfortably and prepare to have fun while learning to dance. Couples encouraged, but singles welcome. We also cater to people that are rhythmically challenged or that have 2 left feet. :)

Class:	“THE PARTY DANCE” PLUS THE FUN LINE DANCES
Description:	The Swing is a great dance to know. It’s fun and great exercise, being a D. J., I know that 95% of the music played at a wedding or parties can be danced with the swing. East coast swing is a triple or single time style of dance with a rock step. Gene will teach both triple and single time swing so you can get your grove on and be the hit of the party. A variety of types of music will be used to teach the class, from the 50’s to the present. Also as a bonus, Gene will teach the Cupid Shuffle and the Electric Slide. Dress comfortably and prepare to have fun while learning to dance the Swing. Couples encouraged, but singles welcome.

Class:	INTERMEDIATE WALTZ: BALLROOM or COUNTRY
Description:	Prerequisite: Must know more than just a box step in Waltz. Gene will teach styling and technics of more advanced waltz. Arm styling for women and men plus nice lead able patterns. Will enhance the men’s leads and women’s gracefulness in the smooth dance of Waltz. Gene takes your weak points and gives them strength and takes you strong points and adds style and grace. Waltz is meant to be flowing and beautiful. Lets grow together in our dancing. Dress comfortably and prepare to have fun while learning to dance. Couples encouraged, but singles welcome. We also cater to people that are rhythmically challenged. Coming next month, intermediate Foxtrot.

Class:	LINE DANCES FOR FUN BRAIN TWISTING AND EXCERSICE
Description:	A variety of line dances will be taught. Some you may already know and most you don’t. if you already know them then you will learn how to add more foot and body work to them. Come and have fun learning the growing style of dance. Simple to more challenged ones will be taught. No one will be left behind. Challenge yourself with a great combo cardio, playful flirty mind bogling and fun dance movements. Bring your water and dance attitude. Come and have fun stimulating your brain and body. Class:	THE ROMANTIC RUMBA INTERMEDIATE
Description:	You’ve seen this one on “Dancing with the Stars”. The Rumba is the Easy going Tropical style of dance where you get to move your hips in slow motion as you dance. (Called Cuban motion) The Rumba is sultry and has Cuban and Puerto Rico influences. This is another style of the Latin culture sounds that move you in ways that no other music does. The Rumba is cousin to the Salsa. Alike movements and patterns are used in both dances. No open-toed, alligator long-toed, sliders, or sneaker-style shoes allowed. Couples encouraged, but singles welcome.
